Russell G. Redenbaugh, CFA, is a managing partner and senior portfolio manager of Kairos Capital Advisors, LLC and has over 40 years of investing experience. From 1969 to 1999 he was a partner of Cooke & Bieler, Inc., a Philadelphia based investment management firm which managed over $6 billion in stock and bond assets. He served as a security analyst, portfolio manager, Chief Investment Officer and economic strategist.

Mr. Redenbaugh is an accomplished author, executive, financial and economic strategist, and teacher. In the course of his career he has also participated in the management of five pre public, entrepreneurial companies. He has been a lecturer at the University of Pennsylvania, where he designed and taught a graduate course on Business Process Design. He has been a Chartered Financial Analyst since 1972 and a Chartered Investment Counselor since 1969. Mr. Redenbaugh served as a Commissioner of the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights under three Presidents from 1999-2005.

Mr. Redenbaugh earned his undergraduate degree (B.S., magna cum laude) from the University of Utah in 1967, and an MBA with honors from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania in 1969, graduating 6th in his class. He is a recipient of the Louis Braille Award from the Pennsylvania Council for the Blind. In 2003, 2004 and 2005 he won the gold medal in the World Jujitsu Competition in Brazil. James Juliano is a partner and portfolio manager of Kairos Capital Advisors LLC. Prior to joining Kairos, Mr. Juliano worked in investment banking with UBS Warburg in New York. His current responsibilities include economic and investment research, portfolio management and client management. James earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Richmond with a concentration in finance. He is a candidate for the CFA and is a regular contributor for www.realclearmarkets.com.
